ABOUT HILARIE:
Before founding her own law firm in 2015, Hilarie spent 8 years with global law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, in their San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. Prior to establishing her practice in California, Hilarie worked for the Honorable Don R. Willett of the Texas Supreme Court and the legal department of Perot Systems, later aquired by Dell.
Hilarie graduated with Honors from the London School of Economics and Political Science, with a Bachelor of Science in 2004, and received her Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2008, where she served as Executive Editor of The Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.
Hilarie is active in the San Francisco Bay Area community where she resides with her family. In 2020, she was nominated as a Member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. She serves on a nonprofit Board and volunteers for several community organizations. She enjoys hiking the hills around the Bay Area with her family.
